6-8 boiled eggs
1 jar diced pimento
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 C green onion
1/2 C sour cream
1/3 C butter
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp chives
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Blend eggs, butter, vinegar, mustard, chives, and pepper. Spread on plate. Top with onion and pimento. Cover and chill. Blend cream cheese and sour cream. Spoon onto egg. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve on crackers.
