3 T soy sauce
2 T mirin or white wine
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger, minced
4 green onions
Half Asian pear, peeled and grated, about 1/3 cup
1 lb beef sirloin grilling streak, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bowl, whisk soy sauce, mirin, sugar, susame seeds, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and all but 2 Tbsp of the green onions. Let stand 15 minutes - 2 hours.
2. Stir in beef and pear.
3. Drain off marinade and stir fry hot about 3 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
