I c. cocoa
2 c. white sugar
½ c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ c, powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa and white sugar together with oil. Beat well, add one egg at a time and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Shape into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Bake @ 350º for 10-12 minutes.
