4 Eggs, separated 3 cups flour
2 T. Sugar 2 t. Baking Powder
1/2 Pint Sour Cream 1/2 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt

Directions:
In large bowl beat the egg yolks and sugar until lemon colored. Set aside.
In a second bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In a third bowl, whip the cream until smooth. Add the whites and sour cream to the yolk mixture and blend well.
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda together and add to egg mixture.
Turn onto a floured surface and work in another half cup flour. Cover and set aside for two hours.

On a floured surface, roll dough to about 1/4" inch thickness. Cut into strip about 3 X 5 inches and cut 2 or 3 sits in each strip. Heat about 1 1/2 inches of oil in a large skillet. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
