Ingredients:
4 c blackberry juice
2 c water
1 c sugar
1/2 pkg low sugar Surejell

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch Oven; mix together sugar and Surejell; add juice and water, stir together well. Bring juice to a rapid boil for about 2 minutes. It will be slightly thickened. Skim off any foam. Pour syrup into sterilized jelly jars, lid and band. Place on a towel and cover for 24 hours; check that the lids sealed. Place in a cool dry place for storage.

Note: Leave a 1/2 inch headspace on the jars. When I am done lidding the jars I place upside down on a towel, keeping the syrup next to the lid to help seal.

This is so good over ice cream or sauce on other desserts too.
