2 ½ C Warm water
⅓ C honey
⅓ C Oil
1 T yeast
1 T salt
About 6 Cups of flour

Directions:
Combine water, Oil, Honey, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Let sit for a few minutes until the yeast starts to foam. Add salt and begin adding flour one cup at a time while stirring with a dough hook. Add enough flour to make a soft and tacky dough, but not sticky dough. Knead by hand a few times on a floured counter top Place in a covered bowl and allow to rise until doubled roughly an hour. Remove and divide into two equal pieces. Roll out the first piece of dough. Mix 2 softened sticks of butter 3 Tablespoons Cinnamon and about ½ C brown sugar. Spread butter mixture over the dough. Roll into a long roll. Cut into 1 - 1 ½ inch pieces. Place into a greased 9 x 13 pan and let rise. Repeat with second piece of dough. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. (Can add desired nuts as well). Frost with cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
