Directions:
Mix peanut butter and margarin until fluffy. Blend in the powdered sugar. Cover dough very well and put in the refrigerator for two hours. Roll into small walnut size balls. Cover and chill again in the freezer for one hour. You may need to put powdered sugar on your hands if the dough is too sticky to roll. About 10 min. before the dough is ready from the fridge or freezer, melt the choc. chips and the wax in the micro wave for two min. on power 5. Repeat this practice until the mixture is melted and smooth. Cover a plate or pan with wax paper. This pan must fit in your refrigerator. Stick a toothpick into the cookie and take the cookie and place in the chocolate so the chocolate covers the bottom half of the cookie. Set it on the wax papered pan and then refrigerate. Repeat this process until you have done all of the cookies. These cookies must be kept in the refrigerator but they also freeze very well.
