Ingredients:

1 32 ounce package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can fat-free cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 (5 ounce) can low fat evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
12 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 9 ingredients in a large bowl.. Spoon mixture into 11 x 7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
