2 litres milk
5 Tbsp plain probiotic yogurt (starter)

1. Heat milk to scalding (small bubbles just before boiling
2. Cool down until you can hold your baby finger in the milk and count to ten.
3. Meanwhile, warm the starter yogurt
4. When the milk is the correct temperature, add the starter yogurt.
5. Wrap the lid of the pot with a T-towel. Place lid on pot of milk. Wrap the whole pot with another towel.
6. Leave on counter or in oven (off) overnight.
Voila - delicious.
