16 oz. linguine cooked ( can use spaghetti)
½ cup butter, softened
4 medium chicken breasts, cooked & diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles, drain & set aside. Combine butter, cooked chicken, soup, sour cream, salt & pepper, chicken broth. Mix well then add cooked pasta. Spray or butter 9 x 13
pan. Pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle cheeses on top. Bake 40 min. at 350º

Cut this recipe in half and still had leftovers. Also used rotisserie chicken that I had leftover.
