1 lb. package of Great Northern Beans
Ham-hocks, bone or chopped
Salt (as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans. Place in pan with at least twice as much water as beans. After they start to boil fast, add ham. Let it boil an hour or so and taste to see if salt is needed.

Cook around 3 hours or until beans are tender.
