Directions:
Combine eggs and flour and mix by hand until a stiff dough forms. Add more flour if necessary. Roll dough to about to about ¼ inch thickness and cut into triangles about 4 inches to a side. Fill each triangle with 1 tablespoon berries, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour. Close triangles and pinch edges to seal securely. Place in rapidly boiling water to cover and stir gently to prevent sticking to the pan. Boil about 10 minutes, until dough is tender. Remove with a slotted spoon to a serving bowl. Heat half and half with butter until the butter is melted. Pour over dumplings and serve.

This is another favorite recipe of Grandma Katie's. She would make these in the summertime. Aunt Sharon and my sister, Rene, would fight over the last one. These are SO good!
