Use any kind of bread you like but might be easier with French bread. If you have slices, toast it, if you have a baguette, cut and put in the broiler watching it carefully so it won't burn.

Bread, even day-old bread
Garlic
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut a piece of raw garlic and run the CUT end all over the toasted piece of bread.
Brush with olive oil.
Et voila!
