½ Cup Pitted Dates
½ Cup whole unsalted Almonds (or any other nut you wish)
I usually try to use up the oldest nuts in the fridge.
¼ Cup Coconut Flakes
2 Tbsp. Chocolate powder
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Corn Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place dates, nuts, coconut & chocolate powder into food processor. Pulse until mixed.
Add extract & syrup - pulse again.
Roll into balls. (1 inch size unless you want bigger)
Enjoy. Store remaining balls into container in fridge.

These should be eaten within 5 days for full flavour.
