Frozen Peaches
Brown sugar
Lemon Juice
10 mint leaves
1 t simple syrup
1.5 oz Bourbon
Directions:
Directions:
Put peaches on baking sheet, drizzle with lemon and scatter brown sugar over top. Set broil to high and place under broiler until sugar melts and coats peaches. Let cool and set aside.

Add 10 mint leaves, simple syrup and some of the peaches to the bottom of a rocks glass. Muddle.

Add lots of crushes ice.

Pour Bourbon on top.
