2 oz gin
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime
1/4 oz Avoral Liquor
1/4 of an egg white

Prosecco

Directions:
Shake all ingredients except Prosecco in jar. Then add ice and shake again. Pour into a champagne flute and then top with Prosecco.
