1 large fat stewing chicken
1 ¼ lb ground beef
1 lb. sausage
2 16 oz. cans corn
5 onions, chopped
6 medium potatoes, chopped
1 can of tomato sauce
1 small bottle of hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stew chicken until tender. Remove meat from bones. Reserve broth. Cook sausage and ground beef. drain. Add chicken, sausage, and beef to chicken broth. Dice onions and potatoes and add to broth. Add corn, tomatoes, and tomato sauce to the broth. Add red pepper, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat 3-4 hours. Can be frozen. Note: Linda was a dear friend to Julia Strawn through the years at Gurley.
