Crust

1 – 1 ½ cup(s) of graham crackers
¼ cup butter (melted)
¼ cup sugar

Combine the above and pat down – that is the crust.
 

Cheesecake


Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 ½ cups of sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup of sugar
1 lb of cream cheese (2 8oz bars)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
Topping - 1 can of either cherry, strawberry, or blueberry pie filling to spread on top

Directions:
Directions:
Blend eggs, sour cream, vanilla, sugar for 1 minute. Then add the cream cheese and blend for 2 more minutes.

Add butter and blend until mixed.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour (the recipe says 45 minutes, but it is always at least an hour).After the cheesecake is cooled, I add a can of cherry or strawberry pie filling to spread on top (Comstock and Lucky Leaf are both good brands).
