Ingredients:  
1 c. flour
⅓ c. powdered sugar
I stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ c. sugar
2 c. diced rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, powdered sugar and butter until crumbly. Put in a 8x8 dish. Bake @ 350º for 15-25 minutes.

Beat eggs and add to sugar. Add in rhubarb. Pour over baked mixture. Bake @ 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Recipe can be doubled.
