1 c. Shortening
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 c. Crushed Potato Chips
1 c. Butterscotch Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat over to 350º.
2) In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla together until smooth.
3) Add flour and baking soda to sugar mixture.
4) Fold in crushed potato chips and butterscotch chips.
5) Divide dough into 1 inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet approximately two inches apart.
6) Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
