½ lb. Butter, room temp.
⅓ c. Crisco
3 c. Sugar
3 c. Flour
1 c. Milk
½ tsp. Baking Powder
6 Eggs, room temp.
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, Crisco, sugar and eggs (1 at a time). Add milk and flour alternately as you beat until all is used. Do not sift the flour. Add vanilla. Bake in tube pan at 350º for 1½ hours. Starting in cold oven.
