Malva Pudding:
-1 cup sugar
-1 tablespoon apricot jam
-1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
-1 tablespoon butter
-1/2 cup milk
-2 eggs
-1 cup all purpose flour
-1 teaspoon vinegar
-Pinch of salt

Sauce:
-1/2 cup cream
-1/2 cup milk
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 cup butter

Malva Pudding:
1. Beat eggs and mix with sugar
2. Add jam
3. Add flour, bicarbonate of soda, and salt
4. Melt butter and add vinegar
5. Add liquids to egg mixture and flour mixture
6. Beat well and bake at 350F

Sauce:
1. Melt together and pour over pudding as it comes out of the oven

--Also goes well with vanilla ice cream
