1 T butter, softened
1 1/2 lbs walleye or other fish fillets
1 T lemon juice
1 T fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
6 mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter a large piece of foil wrap. Place fillets in the center of the foil and spread with remaining butter.

Sprinkle fillets with lemon juice, basil, lemon pepper, garlic and salt. Layer sliced mushrooms on top. Fold edges together to seal tightly.

Place foil packs on the hot grill.. turning once at about 5-7 minutes depending on how thick the fillets are. Cook another 5-7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
