1 stick of butter
2 cups of sifted flour
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated by hand
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese and butter. Work with hands until thoroughly mixed. Sift flour, salt and red pepper add to butter and cheese. Shape through a press. Bake at 350º for about 18 minutes.
