2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 stick Butter
3 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
c. Crisco Vegetable Shortening
1 c. Water
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
c. Sour Milk
1 tsp. Baking Soda

**Frosting**
⅓ c. Milk
1 stick Butter
3 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1 box Powdered Sugar (1 pound)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Chopped Nuts
pinch Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar together. In saucepan bring butter, cocoa, Crisco and water to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix. Add eggs, vanilla, sour milk and baking soda. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour in a greased and floured sheet pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

**Frosting**
Start 5 minutes before cake is done. Bring milk, butter and cocoa to a boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, nuts and salt. Mix well and pour over hot cake. Spread quickly.
