1 can of corn, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar of pimentos, drained and squeezed with a paper towel
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 T. all-purpose flour
2 T. sugar
2 T. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt

1. Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Put butter in dish and melt in microwave. Dump everything in dish and mix it up. Bake at 350ºF for 45-55 minutes until it browns on edges. Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving. If you would like to make a double recipe, use a 9x13-inch baking pan.
