1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 T. lime juice
1 T. chili powder
1 c. frozen corn
1 c. chunky salsa
12 corn tortillas (or your choice of tortillas)
Optional sour cream, lettuce, cheddar cheese, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in 3 qt slow cooker. Combine lime juice and chili powder in a small bowl; pour over chicken. Cover and cook chicken on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken, cool slightly. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker. Stir in salsa and corn. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with your favorite taco supplies and enjoy!

Easy meal that is gluten and dairy free which is needed for our family. We like to just eat the meat by itself a lot.
