2 lbs hash browns, frozen
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped red and green peppers
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter melted
1 cup grated cheese
2 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix has browns, onions and pepper; set aside.
Mix sour cream, 1/2 melted butter and grated cheese.
Add sour cream mix to potato mix.

Place in 9x13 inch pan, and sprinkle crushed corn flakes. Pour last 1/2 melted butter over all

Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.

Add cubed ham or chicken if you please!
