2 cups whey protein (isolate unflavored)

4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 Tbs baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp xantham gum

2 Tbs olive oil

salt

1 tsp dry active yeast (for flavor) Optional

1 tsp sweetener

1 1/4 c Hot water

mix all together .

bake at 350º for 30 minutes

(checked at 25 minutes put back in for another 6 minutes.)
