2 cups sifted flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lard

1 egg
[less than 1 cup] milk

STREUSEL
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients like pie crust.

Beat 1 egg in a measuring cup. Add enough mil to make 1 cup. Add this to above mixture.

Put into a 9X13 pan. Arrange apples on top.

STREUSEL
Rub together and put on top of apples.

Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
