1/12 cup lard or butter
2 eggs
2 cup flour
2 tablespoon cocoa
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 tsp baking soda in 1/2 cup hot water.
beat sugar, butter, eggs together
sift cocoa and flour together
add water mix, egg mix, vanilla, and cocoa/flour mix together and mix
place in cake pan
bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
