Ingredients:  
Melt 3/4 Cup Shortening in 3 or 4 quart sauce pan. Cool until luke/steve warm.
Add 1 cup sugar
Add 1 egg
Add 1/4 cup Brer Rabbit Molasses
^^^^ (together) Beat it, beat it, no one wants to see you beat it (well)
-Next to add to mix-
Sift & Add:
2 Tea Spoons baking soda
2 Cup Flour
1/8 tea spoon cloves
1/4 tea spoon ginger
1 tea spoon cinnamon
1/2 tea spoon salt
^^^^ Beat it well again, cover, and chill overnight / or few hours

Directions:
Directions:
Roll mix into walnut sized balls
Roll balls in sugar mix
Place in greased cookie sheet
Press balls with fork crisscross style
Bake cookies at 325 for 8-10 minutes
