2 cups cooked white rice
1/4 carrots, chopped or grated
1/4 cup peas
1 egg
1/4 cup green onions
1 T vegetable oil
1/2 cup chicken or pork, chopped

SAUCE:
2 T soy sauce
3 T butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

Cook white rice for 4, following directions on the rice package.

While the rice cools, chop up all ingredients. Set aside.

To make the sauce, soften the butter, NOT melted. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil and garlic powder. Mix together and set aside

Using a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil until hot. Add veggies and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until veggies are softened.

Add rice and stir in sauce. Add chicken or pork. Cook for another 5 minutes and add one beaten egg. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
