1 Rack of pork back baby ribs
Use either seasoning salt or unsalted seasoning salt ( use liberally)
1 lemon ( use juice only)
Oregano ( dried or fresh, finely chopped)

DIRECTIONS

On a sheet of heavy duty aluminium foil, place the rack of ribs, rib side up.
Remove the membrane covering the ribs.
Sprinkle liberally with seasoning, then sprinkle less than half of the lemon juice and rub into ribs.
Flip rack over and repeat as above using the remainder of the lemon juice.
Sprinkle liberally with oregano and press into ribs

Wrap ribs tightly with foil and place either on the grill over indirect heat or in a 350º oven for 45 minutes.

Open carefully, cut ribs and enjoy.
