1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread
1 Egg
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 small Green Pepper, chopped
1 stick Butter
1 can Creamed Corn
1 Can Corn, drained
1 small container Sour Cream
2 cups Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease casserole dish. Saute onions and peppers in butter. Mix together Jiffy Mix, egg and both cans of corn and put in casserole. Top with sour cream. Put onion and peppers on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30 mins. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
