In a blender blend:
3 or 4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
½ cup salad oil
2 tbsp vanilla
4 tbsp canned milk
Dry Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
nuts if desired

Directions:

Put the dry ingredients into a bowl. Stir in the blender ingredients to it, stir well, but don't over mix, add nuts. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
