5-6 Blackberries
Mint (enough to fit in the palm of your hand)
2 Ounces of Bearface Triple Oak Rye
1.5 Ounce of fresh squeezed Lime Juice
1.25 Ounce Simple Syrup
2 dashes Peach Bitters
2 Ounces soda water

Directions:

Muddle Blackberries in mixing glass
Place mint inn palm of hand and slap to release the mint oils and add to mixing glass
Add remaining ingredients except soda water
Add ice and shake
Add soda water
Pour into cocktail glass
Garnish with Lime wedge and Blackberry
