Ingredients:  
2 Pounds Shrimp, Sliced in half lengthwise.
1/2 Red Onion, Finely chopped.
1 1/2 - 2 Cups Lime Juice (8 - 10 Limes)

2 Cucumbers, Sliced very thin.

Salsa - Blend Together Until Well Combined:

7 - 8 Tomatillos, Peeled and Washed - Chopped
4 -7 Serrano Chiles
Cilantro
Garlic Salt
Pepper

Then Add: 3 Shrimp and 1/4 = 1/2 Cucumber - Blend again.

Directions:
Directions:
Place shrimp and onion in separate bowls and cover each with lime juice to cook - be sure to cook separately. Cook at least 4 - 6 hours. When shrimp is starting to turn pink/white, add onion.

Let sit for a few minutes then add salsa and sliced cucumbers, stir to combine. Salt to taste.

Serve on tostadas.
