3 separates eggs
1½ C condensed milk
½ C water
½ tsp salt
5 T flour
¾ C sugar
2 T butter
1 tsp vanilla
6 T sugar
bananas or other fruit of your choice.
8 inch cooked pie shell
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. mix flour, sugar and salt in pan.
2. Add beaten egg yolks, milk and water. Stir hard and constant with wire beater on heat until boils. Cool.
3. Add butter and vanilla. Stir in.
4. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add the 6 T sugar into whites. Beat to mix.
5. Add whites to other ingredients and blend.
6. Place fruit (bananas or coconut or other) in bottom of pie crust.
7. Pour cream over fruit in shell.
8. Refrigerate. Top with whipped cream.
