1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 c flour
2 T unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 c uncooked rolled oats
1 c semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c nuts, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.

Cream together butter and sugars, until blended. Add egg and vanilla; beat until fluffy.

Combine flour, baking powder, cocoa, and baking soda in a small bowl; stir into the creamed mixture with oats, chips, raisins and nuts; mix well.

Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on prepared sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
