3 cucumbers (medium, thinly sliced)
1 sweet onion (medium, cut in half and thinly sliced)
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Splenda no-calorie sweetener (Granulated)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers and sweet onion in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, apple cider vinegar, SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated, salt, pepper, and celery seed. Pour over cucumbers and toss to coat. Sprinkle dill on top. Serve immediately or chill for 30-60 minutes.
