200g Chickpeas (drained)
170ml Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves
1 red chilli
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp paprika
Juice of 1 lemon
Sea salt
Cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chickpeas, Garlic, Chilli, Cinnamon, Paprika and lemon juice into a food blender and blitz into a smooth paste.
Slowly add the olive oil until smooth and well combined
Season with salt and pepper
