4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
6 eggs
4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. each of brown and white sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat waffle iron.

In bowl cream sugars and butter. Beat in eggs. Blend in dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Spray waffle iron with non stick spray.

Ladel batter into iron and cook until brown and done.
