1/2 c. oil (or applesauce)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil/applesauce and sugar. Add eggs and bananas and beat well. Add dry ingredients. Add milk and vanilla, mix well. Stir in nuts.

Pour in greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.

Bake at 350º oven for about 1 hour.
