16 oz. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
8 T. butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 c. Gruyere cheese
1 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 c. cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni, drain, and transfer to a large bowl

Preheat oven to 350º

In a small saucepan combine the cream, milk, and butter and heat over medium-low heat until warm and butter is melted. Pour over the pasta. Add Velveeta and Grueyer, mustard powder, nutmeg, pepper and 1/2 tsp. of salt and stir until well combined.

Pour the pasta into a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with cheddar cheese and bake until cheddar cheese is melted- about 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
