Ingredients:  
2 cup warm water
cup sugar
2 yeast cakes dissolved

Add:
6 cups flour, maybe a little less
tsp. salt
2 eggs
cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Let yeast, warm water, and sugar brew until double in large bowl. When fully brewed, , mix in dry ingredients eggs, and oil until golden brown. Mix well and let raise until double, about 1 hours. Roll out inch thick. Cut doughnuts and let raise 20 minutes. Deep fry. Use shortening not oil to fry doughnuts. Fry about 4 minutes on each side or until nice and brown. Sprinkle sugar or glaze with frosting. Hint: Do not knead, for lighter doughnuts.
