1 c boiling water
1 c whole wheat flour
2 T shortening
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together; cut in shortening like pie crust. Add boiling water all at once, mix well and cool slightly. Add 1 cup white flour to be able to roll the dough, thin. Divide into small dough balls and flatten and stretch.

Bake on both sides until light brown at 350º.
