1 pound fresh, ground pork sausage
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
2  1/2 cups water
1 envelope chicken noodle mix-dry

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º In a large saute pan over medium heat, brown the sausage with the onion, celery and bell pepper until onions are opaque, then drain off the grease. Pour rice, water, and soup mix into a baking dish, add sausage mix. Stir to combine. Cover and bake in a oven for 1 1/2 hours.
