½ c. soft butter
1 ½ c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pumpkin (solid)
½ tsp. salt
2 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix butter and sugar. Add vanilla and egg. Add in other ingredients. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 14 minutes.
