Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

1 large circular pan
1 metal circular mold
1 small stand (must withstand heat & water)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour sugar in any pan and let sugar melt on stove until it is a dark color. Immediately after it melts, place melted sugar in a circular mold (do not use plastic) to let harden. Move aside for later instructions.

Place the eggs, milk, and vanilla in a blender and blend for 2 - 3 minutes or until everything is mixed thoroughly. Pour the blend on top of the sugar in the circular mold.

ON STOVE: Grab a large circular pan big enough to place circular mold in and place something small in the middle that can withstand heat and water and can serve as a stand for your circular mold with ingredients. Place circular mold with ingredients on top of stand. Fill the large pan with about an inch of water (do not let water touch circular mold with ingredients on top of stand).

Place a large enough lid on top of everything and let water boil for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, to check if the flan is ready, take a fork and poke top of flan. If the fork comes out clean then it is ready, if it comes out with batter, let the flan cook for as long as it needs. Repeat this process until the fork is clean. Once the flan is ready, let it cool by placing in fridge until ready to serve. To serve, take flan out of fridge place plate on top of mold and flip so that the hardened sugar is on top.
